The residency program and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your stay. Participants are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage for personal and professional risks. The residency reserves the right to use images of the participants and their work for promotional purposes. Any work created during the residency remains the intellectual property of the artist, but the residency retains the right to exhibit the work created during the program. Failure to comply with the residency's policies and procedures may result in immediate dismissal without refund. By accepting a place in the residency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
